Strenkovska A. Organizational and economic mechanism of construction development in the countryside

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles and the development of practical recommendations on the formation and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of construction in rural areas. t is established that the problem of construction development in the countryside has a systemic character, because it covers economic, social, institutional, demographic, cultural, educational and other spheres of life of the rural community. To assess the impact of organizational and economic mechanism of construction development in rural areas the system of indicators that reflects economic, social, environmental and construction features in its quantitative and qualitative terms was formed. The research establishes that among the main areas of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism for the construction development in rural areas, one should include the scientific and economic rationale for the development of rural construction, the development of the social spher.
