Essay

The objective of the thesis is to improve the performance of lifting-transport winches with profile screw supports. The analytical dependencies for determining kinematic and dynamic loads in winches mounted on profile screw supports during the movement of loads are developed. The analytical dependencies for determining the total dynamic loads on the longitudinal and lateral vibrations of the rope are derived. The differential equations of winch dynamics with the definition of power and design parameters are deduced applying the numerical method for solving differential Runge-Kutta equations. To provide experimental studies, the ropeway transport installation was manufactured. Its length is 30 m, the height of supports varies from 3 to 2 m, the inclination angle of transportation routing ranges from 2.6 to 3.8º. Parameters of screw profile supports: outer diameters 80, 100 and 120 mm, diameters of screw elements of supports from130 to 160 mm with the number of turns from 6 to 12 and with the step from 20 to 40mm. The maximum values of loading capabilities of supports in the range from 5000 to 30000 N are defined depending on the type of soil. The results of experimental studies of the effect of structural and technological parameters of the ropeway transport system and the parameters of the screw profile supports on dynamic loads are analyzed.
