The research results were interpreted in connection with the researched species taking into consideration the peculiarities of the development of such fields of nature management as forestry, hunting, agriculture and environmental protection in the region. To solve the range of problems concerning the improvement of the effectiveness should be resolved by means of introducing a series of administrative solutions for the complex optimization of environmental protection efforts pursuant to the external influences and the social and economic conditions of the region.
