The object of the study is the processes of controlling the electric drive of the switching on the basis of two types of linear machines. The subject of the study are models and methods of multi-purpose synthesis of microprocessor systems for the automatic control of the electric drive of conveying. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: - for the first time the method of determining the parameters of models of linear electric motors of the mono-type type switching on the basis of conditional optimization is proposed, which allows to reduce the cost of manufacturing the drive and provide the necessary traction effort in the process of transferring the arrow; - for the first time, a mathematical model was developed for a single-pole, non-direct drive electric drive, and the structure of automatic control systems including a position neuroregulator for a linear electromagnetic type electric motor (LDEMT) and a digital PID-speed controller for a linear induction motor (LID), which allows take into account the random nature of the load on the contact surface of the gustryak-pillow and provide the specified trajectories of movement at a deterministic time; - further development of mathematical models of electric motors of linear type as a control object taking into account the overall dimensions of their placement in the sleepers and the features of the mechanical part of the drive of the turn-by-turn translation, which allows taking into account the influence of nonlinear properties of control objects; - have received further development of methods of synthesis of SAC on the basis of modification of genetic algorithms to provide a predetermined control law in different operating conditions, which allows to increase the quality of developed systems. Research methods. The theoretical basis of the research is the fundamental position of the theory of automatic control. Methods of the general theory of electromechanical energy converters were used to calculate electromechanical systems; method of finite elements and combi-nated field-field method - for calculating the magnetic field of electro-mechanical energy converters; China - Chronos - Resvika method for the synthesis of the speed controller; methods of optimization - for obtaining geometric sizes of linear engines; methods of approximation of functions - for approximation of discrete experimental data of digital modeling; genetic algorithms - for synthesis of neuro-regulator; modern systems of computer mathematics - to calculate the value of the parameters of the control systems and the research of the effectiveness of the methods of synthesis.
