Essay

The object of research is the process of homogenization of mixed biofuels by ultrasound, microwave electromagnetic field and mechanical treatment. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the parameters of the electrotechnological processing complex of mixed biofuel to improve its functional properties. The basis of the methods of the dissertation research are the elements of the theory of elasticity and the theory of oscillations, methods of the theory of sound, the theory of electroacoustic transducers, the theoretical foundations of electrical engineering. The practical significance of the results is to confirm the hypothesis of the technical and economic feasibility of improving the functional properties of biofuels by treating it by ultrasound and microwave electromagnetic field, which allowed to reduce the hour costs of biofuels. The scientific novelty of the results is to reduce the viscosity of the mixed biofuel, which consists of mineral diesel fuel and MERO after joint treatment with ultrasound and microwave electromagnetic field, which makes it possible to reduce the coking of fuel equipment and reduce fuel costs in relation to untreated biofuel. Graphic dependences of the viscosity of biofuel on the processing time, frequency and intensity of ultrasound, power of microwave electromagnetic field were obtained, which allowed to determine the processing parameters; in obtaining dependences of the dielectric loss angle tangent on the concentration of MERO in diesel fuel untreated and processed by ultrasound, microwave electromagnetic field and mechanical homogenizer, which made it possible to determine the technological parameters of processing by rapid method and adjust them in production conditions; the improvement of the algorithm of selection of technological parameters, at which it is recommended to carry out processing of mixed biofuel by ultrasound and microwave electromagnetic field, in contrast to the existing ones, contains factors: the time of processing by ultrasound and microwave electromagnetic field, the power of ultrasound in the chamber, the power of microwave electromagnetic field, which made it possible to improve the functional properties of biofuel. Electro-technological complex for processing of mixed biofuels is implemented in production. The expediency of the use of electrotechnological complex for processing mixed biofuels.
