Essay

The dissertation devoted to the decision to an actual economic problem increase of efficiency and reliability operation of ship diesel engines by means of perfection of systems and processes lubricating of cylinders. The analysis a condition of a question on a researched problem as a result of which the basic lacks of existing systems of lubricating cylinders long-stroke diesel engines RTA are established is executed The technique of experimental researches on studying processes oil absorption in cylinders ship engines according to which tests in laboratory carried out, and in operational conditions that has allowed receiving representation about efficiency functioning systems of lubricating cylinders is developed. Thus modern methods of researches including oscillographe complex swift-flowing processes, high-speed filming and planning of multifactor experiment are used. It is developed a technique of experimental researches on studying process submissions of oil in cylinders ship engines for which tests in laboratory and operational conditions are made. The optimum geometry of the channel at which the best parameters process of receipt oil in the cylinder are reached is determined and the condition of the diesel engine improves. Carried out operational tests have established, that perfection of process oil absorption provides decrease on 20-25 % of the charge of cylinder oil, in 2-2,5 times reduces carbon residue in the cylinder and in 1,2-1,3 times wear details engine and therefore is an effective direction of increase profitability of work marine long-stroke engines.
