Rebryna N. Organizational and economic bases of innovative region ecosafety development

The aim of the thesis is a theoretical and methodological study of organizational and economic principles of the region ecosafety innovative development and the practical recommendations development for improvement of the mechanism for its implementation. The thesis developed theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative ecosafety development. The theoretical bases of the region ecosafety development are considered. The content and significance of innovations in providing ecosafety development of the region are revealed and methodological approaches to the analysis of this development are determined. Innovative ecosafety development of the region is defined as a dynamic process of innovations introduction, which involves the implementation of a complex of administrative, organizational, technical and technological, financial, socio-psychological and regulatory-oriented measures aimed at economic growth, increasing the competitiveness of the region, preserving and recreating the quality of the environment, provision of ecological safety of people's lives. The methodical approaches to the complex analysis of innovative ecosafety development of the region have been improved, which includes the consistent implementation of the stages of its implementation: an analysis of the prerequisites for innovative ecosafety development of the regions; diagnostics of innovative ecosafety development of regions; definition of strategic directions of innovative ecosafety development of regions; control over the implementation and adjustment of the regional development strategy. The analysis of the prerequisites for the innovative ecosafety development of the regions of Ukraine was carried out. Diagnostics of modern tendencies and factors of innovative ecosafety development of regions of Ukraine was conducted; their rating was assessed in the context of partial indicators, in particular, ecological, innovation and research, investment. The analysis of the relevant indicators and the assessment of the innovative ecosafety development level of the region on the example of the Volyn region was carried out, which allowed to identify the asymmetry of its components. The modeling of innovative ecosafety development of the regions of Ukraine was carried out. The strategic directions of activation of innovative ecosafety development of regions of Ukraine with considering of European experience are determined. The recommendations for improving of the organizational and economic mechanism for innovative ecosafety development of the region, which is a set of legal and regulatory, organizational, financial instruments, as well as methods and principles, are carried out with the help of an innovative project as an effective direction of attracting financial sources for innovative ecosafety development of the region.
