Krylenko D. Strategic guidelines of the modern model of economic growth of the Black Sea region in the process of implementation of fiscal policy

The dissertation is devoted to the formulation of conceptual provisions and the development of theoretical and practical grounds for the substantiation of the modern model of economic growth in the Black Sea region in the process of implementation of fiscal policy. Based on a systematic analysis the author's institutional model of economic growth in the Black Sea region has been formed. The systematic combination of conditions and factors of the region's economic growth has been improved as the basis of the theoretical concept of regional economic growth. The approaches to systematization of indicators of economic growth of the region have been developed in three main categories: economic growth, social growth, ecological development.
