The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and applied problem - the application of modern information technologies in improving existing and developing new methods and tools aimed at reducing the standard relative uncertainty, simplifying the hardware complexity of measurement signals digital processing of information measurement systems, gas consumption. To solve the formulated problem, a method is proposed for the formation and processing of information-measuring signals binary realizations by entropy estimates. This method based on the use of pressure pulsations due to the displacement of a dimensional element of the transducer in a toroidal chamber; The research of spectral and statistical characteristics of the measuring signals amplitudes was conducted, on the basis of which the expediency of using the comparator was substantiated; Simplification of entropy calculation algorithms at processing of binary and multistate implementations of signals is proposed; Developed a special processor and circuit design solutions based on a microcontroller to calculate information entropy estimates of binary signals; The information-measuring system of threshold sensitivity control and the corresponding software for processing out signals of the primary converter are developed.
