The thesis presents the theoretical and methodological bases of the development of regional educational services markets in the conditions of the European integration. The essence of the regional educational services market and its importance in the conditions of the European integration are determined. The diagnostics of the development of regional educational services markets in Ukraine was conducted. The factors of development of regional educational services markets have been assessed and identified. The organizational and economic bases of development of regional educational services markets in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine are disclosed. The strategic directions of development of regional educational services markets are substantiated. Which includes: improvement of the institutional provision of the education system in accordance with European requirements; bringing the educational services market in line with the needs of the regional labour market and priorities of regional development programs; introduction of innovative approaches to the education sector functioning; diversification of funding sources for educational activities; the establishment of interaction between education, science, business and government, which will facilitate the adaptation of Ukraine's educational policy to European norms and standards. The regulation mechanism of regional educational services markets has been improved. The development recommendations of regional educational services markets in the conditions of European integration have been improved.
