Essay

The important scientific and practical task of increasing the efficiency of information security in data communication systems is solved by integrating the methods of data encryption and coding. It is done by implementing the concept of operative change of signals based on the perfect binary arrays of the equivalence class. The method of information transfer with data encryption is developed. It is based on the change of the base perfect binary array of the equivalence class according to the pseudo-random code. This method allowed for developing a single-channel noise resistant information transfer system with data encryption. A method of multichannel information transfer with data encryption is based on minimax classes of the perfect binary arrays developed. A multi-channel information transfer system with data encryption designed. The theory of the perfect binary arrays has obtained further development. Regular rules of constructing for error-correcting codes based on the perfect binary arrays designed. These codes provide a better level of correction for random and burst errors than the known error-correcting codes. In addition, the technical implementation of the joint encryption/channel coding and the joint decryption/channel decoding devices considered. In these devices the principle of the information modulation by cyclic shifts on the basis of equivalence classes of the perfect binary arrays used. It allowed to significantly reduce the complexity of the technical implementation and increase performance.
