Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the creation and implementation of an effi-cient system support for making settlement decisions in the process of automated design of body parts and units of electrical equipment for oil and gas and chemi-cal apparatus. The problems of the stress state modeling and calculating of oil and gas and chemical apparatuses elements in CAD are analyzed. The stressed state models of oil and gas and chemical apparatus elements in CAD were proposed. The con-cept of "uneven tension" as a numerical characteristic of the environment influ-ence external object resistance was introduced. The theorem on the correlation of apparatus element uneven stress values and mass is proved. The models and methods of calculations in the design of quasi-elastic parts of the apparatus are developed, The subsystem “DEQUS” of the general CAD system of hardware was developed and its practical test with a positive technical effect was carried out.
