The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles and the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of organization and management of investment and construction area of the region. In the dissertation the conceptual model of the mechanism of balanced investment of the investment and construction process in the region is developed, which coordinates the interests of all subjects of the regional investment and construction sphere, gives an opportunity to evaluate the results of projects realization with alternative investment support structures.
