Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of pathophysiological changes in the body of dry cows and secured calves with microelementosis and to the experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of the use of the feed supplement «Microstimulin ВРХ-2» for their correction. The nature of the pathophysiological changes in the body of dry cows and secured calves with microelementosis depending on the biogeochemical zones is established. Close correlation bonds of content of some microelements in the blood of calf cows with their content in the blood of newborn calves, and the dependence of the dynamics of clinical and biochemical parameters in the body of calf cows and secured calves on the level of essential microelements in the blood were proved. For the first time, the effectiveness of the application of nanoacqualates of biogenic metals for correction of pathophysiological changes in the body of dry cows with microelementosis and secured calves has been established. The introduction in the ration of calf cows of fodder additive «Microstimulin ВРХ-2» contributes to the growth of the content of the essential individual microelements and the reduction of the content of Plumb and Cadmium if there is a high level of them in the blood. The application of the fodder additive «Microstimulin ВРХ-2» to the calf cows with manifestations of microelementosis helps to eliminate the clinical manifestations of microelementosis in the born calves, increases their resistance and the body weight at 8.1-19.8 %.
