Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and research of passive elastic couplings with mechanical feedback. The performed analytical studies, using modified kinematic graphs, allowed to synthesize fundamentally new kinematic schemes of passive elastic couplings with mechanical feedback. A fundamentally new design of EC with MF has been obtained, the uniqueness of which is confirmed by the corresponding patent of Ukraine for an invention. Theoretical researches on development of calculation schemes of EC were developed, on which the elastic characteristics of the reduced coupling were determined. It was established that the presence of mechanical feedback, causes the implementation of the elastic characteristics of the "soft" and "hard" species of the Duffing type, as well as the combined form. The mathematical modeling of free oscillations of mass and operation of EC with nonlinear MF in the form of mechanical transmission in the mode of engine start is carried out. A series of statistical and dynamic experimental studies with the use of manufactured EC samples with MF have been performed. The results of the experimental study, the reliability of which was checked by the Cochran criterion, confirm the results of mathematical modeling.
