Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and implementation of facilities for automated design of noise suppressing elements, which requires the creation of new subsystems of CAD loaded capacitive devices. The problems of modern technologies, which are reduced to the use of capacitive devices in the role of quality control elements, are analyzed; the principles of robust modeling and analysis of deviations of loaded elements of capacitive devices from the point of view of the signal-to-noise ratio in CAD are developed; the proposed methods of noise suppressing compensation of deviations of loaded elements of capacitive devices at the stage of automated design; developed sub-system of automated design of load capacious devices "DEVICOM"; tests of "DEVICOM" in PJSC "Galenergobudprom" with positive technical effect were performed.
