Essay

This thesis deals with investigation of the resonance-optical properties of composite porous films with gold and silver nanoparticles, obtained by pulsed laser deposition, with the aim of creating new composite materials for elements of nanoplasmonics. The interconnection of the deposition conditions of nanoparticles arrays with their morphology and optical properties is established. The optimum deposition conditions for the formation of nanostructures with necessary plasmon resonance spectral positions have been determined. The dispersion properties of surface plasmons in the gold nanoparticles arrays are determined, depending on their structure. A simultaneous excitation of localized and propagating surface plasmon oscillations in two-dimensional and three-dimensional gold nanoparticles arrays was found. The manifestation of the spatial dispersion of dielectric constant for low-frequency dispersion branches of porous nanoparticles arrays is revealed. On the basis of porous Au (Ag) nanoparticles arrays, nanostructures for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy with high signal amplification coefficients are formed.
