Marchuk N. Justification of parameters and synthesis of tools for machining threaded holes

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and experimental research of the hole processing, developed technological equipment and cutting tools for cutting rivets and tools protection against breakage. The theoretical prerequisites for drilling holes and deriving analytical dependencies for determining the power characteristics and structural parameters of both blades of the tool were developed. The progressive designs of devices and cutting tools for threads were given. The modes of cutting of high-speed technological process were presented. A variational structure of constructive and functional possibilities for the implementation of drilling and cutting processes, as well as tool protection against breakage and synthesis of the necessary technological equipment for cutting tools, has been developed, which is improved using three hierarchical levels. For the research, special technological equipment and cutting tools have been designed. The results of theoretical and experimental research are used in production.
