Vlakh V. Improvement of a die-cutting press using the combination of the drive mechanisms of a pressure plate.

A scientifically-applied problem of means improvement of plane-parallel movement of the pressure plate was solved in the thesis to ensure a stable operation of the press mechanism providing highquality conditions for diecutting. To improve the press mechanism, a structural model of a combined twoslider-crank mechanism has been created, which implements a plane-parallel movement of the pressure plate to the working surface of the diecutting form. A structural model of a combined twoslider-crank mechanism using a jointed fourlink chain to ensure power consumption minimization for carrying out diecutting. On the basis of the created mathematical models of the mechanisms, geometric, kinematic and energy-power characteristics.
