Vatulyak I. Improving the process of book blocks cutting during their circumferential movement.

In the dissertation work the actual scientific and applied task of improving the technological process of cutting the book blocks is investigated by introducing the method of cutting the book-magazine blocks moving along the circular trajectory, developing the design and geometric dimensions of the multi-cutting cutting tool. The mathematical model of the process of cutting the book-and-magazine blocks during their movement in a circular trajectory was constructed. On the basis of theoretical and experimental research, optimal, given the power and qualitative parameters of the trimming process, the design and geometric dimensions of the multi-blade cutting tool, the technological parameters of the cutting process of the book-magazine blocks during their movement along the trajectory of the track were established. The recommendations for the design of the cutting tool and the cutting section are developed.
