Metil T. Theoretical and methodical fundamentals of the reducing of disproportional development of the regions

Object: The process of developing the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of a regional innovation marketing complex. Purpose: Development of theoretical and methodological foundations and tools of the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of a regional innovation marketing complex in the context of increasing influence of the innovation vector of economic development on business processes. Research methods: retrospective and system analysis; discourse analysis; statistical analysis; marketing approach; structural modeling; economic-mathematical, expert analysis and forecasting, rating, organizational modeling and scenario approach. Theoretical and practical results: The obtained scientific propositions, which are the theoretical achievement of the author of the dissertation, have made it possible to obtain new applied results in the form of methodological recommendations, models, and algorithms. These include: methodological support for the formation of the RKMI, a methodical approach to assessing the innovative potential of a region in the context of innovation marketing, an organizational and economic mechanism for the complex innovative development of a region, an approach to shaping an investment strategy for developing an innovative enterprise within the RKMI, a structural model of RKMI. The use of developments and recommendations will create a regional marketing management programming system, an organizational structure of the innovation cluster and a regional center for innovation marketing. Scientific novelty: the rationale and improvement of the theoretical foundations and the development of guidelines for the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of the RMI in the context of strengthening the digital space. Theoretical developments and practical recommendations of the dissertation are used in the educational process of the Izmail State Humanitarian University when teaching the disciplines "Regional Economics", "Marketing", "National Economy" (No. 1-7/115 of 02.22.2017).
