Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the establishment and research of the peculiarities of body biochemical changes in the early and late manifestations of polytrauma of individuals of various ages. It was researched the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system in the liver and blood of various age animals against the background of polytrauma impact. The dynamics of the kallikrein-kinin system indicators of various ages rats in the early and late manifestations of polytrauma was estimated. The age-related changes in the indicators of endogenous intoxication under the conditions of polytrauma of animals in the early and late manifestations of the disease were studied. It was established interdependence between the pro- and antioxidant system and general and specific proteolysis parameters of various age rats in the early and late manifestations of polytrauma. It was established in the age aspect of the peculiarities of biochemical processes in the liver of rats under the influence of early and late manifestations of severe polytrauma. The scientific novelty of the dissertation work executed lies in the fact that the features of biochemical changes in the organism under the conditions of simulation of severe polytrauma of individuals of various ages was examined for the first time. When performing the dissertation, the influence of multiple trauma on the biochemical mechanisms of the development of antioxidant-prooxidant balance disorders, endotoxicosis and cytolysis of individuals of various ages under polytrauma was thoroughly studied for the first time. For the first time, features of changes in the indicators of the kallikrein-kinin system in animals of various ages, as well as their interrelation with the parameters of the antioxidant-prooxidant system in the early and late manifestations of polytrauma were determined. The practical value of the results obtained is to identify and examine the effects of new biochemical processes in the organism with polytrauma in various age groups. The experimental data obtained allow us to expand the existing understanding of the peculiarities of biochemical changes in the liver in patients of various age in the early and late period of traumatic illness, which allows predicting the outcome of the clinical course and the effectiveness of treatment.
