Essay

In these thesis is described the development of resource-saving energy-technological systems (ETS) based on their thermodynamic analysis on graphs. On the basis of exergo-topological models and their matrix forms, were developed methods for determine the thermodynamic parameters of the ETS (exergy losses, exergy efficiency, degree of thermodynamic perfection) and their thermoeconomics evaluation, as well as decomposition-heuristic method of thermoeconomical optimization of a sugar plant evaporation system by the temperature drop in each separate stages. Their step-by-step formalization with software implementation allowed to carry out thermodynamic analysis of the technological scheme of a typical sugar plant and to determine that the greatest losses of exergy (72 %) fall on the syrup evaporation (therefore, for these processes are given the most attention), as well as to obtain the optimal characteristics of a five-stage evaporation system. The implementation of the optimal parameters will allow only in our country to save more than 10 million hryvnia per year.
