Burtsev O. Infrastructure provision of regional development in the conditions of limited investment resources

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles and the development of practical recommendations for the infrastructure support of regional development in the conditions of limited investment resources. The scientific and methodical toolkit for assessing the level of dependence of the infrastructure provision of regional development on available investment resources is based on the evaluation of structural changes and trends of regional development taking into account interregional disproportions, which allows identifying urgent problems, main achievements and the most important determinants of regional development of infrastructure provision in the context of investment constraints resources.
