The dissertation is devoted to solving the actual scientific and technical task – creation of a discrete dynamic models complex of anaerobic microbiological fermentation processes, taking into account technological deviations of the process at its various stages as a result of the development and application of parametric identification method of discrete dynamic models with an interval representation processes of their parameters and structure identification method, these models based on the bee colony algorithms.
