Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and implementation of modern intellectual methods of synergetically determined combination of medicinal preparations in medicine or paired elements in the technique. For the mathematical modeling of processes used to form synergetically driven groups of elements in complex systems, the theory of hidden Markov models was used, in which a fourth (second hidden) layer, which is modeling just the emergence, is added. To study latent Markov models, the Baum-Welsh method, adapted for four-layer models was used. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is the creation of new and development of existing models and methods of combining therapeutic drugs (medicines) or technical elements in synergistically determined groups (plural) to reduce the number of undesirable complications from such association. Methods and models for the formation of synergically determined pair intellectual subsystem of elements with the help of four-layer hidden Markov models have been developed. The methods and models for the intellectual subsystem of teaching the four-layer hidden Markov model based on educational samples borrowed from the experience of world medical practice, expert conclusions and own experiment are developed. The intellectual system "SUPREMED" (support of prescribing medication) has been developed to support the adoption of synergetically-based medical decisions on the choice of the candidate-applicant in a pair to the existing element-representative of the complex system "patient-medicine". The intellectual system "SUTEDECH" (support of the technical devices choice) has been developed to support the adoption of synergy-based technical solutions for choosing a pair of shock absorbers of the same brand. The tests of intelligent systems "SUPREMED" and "SUTEDECH" with positive practical effect were performed. The object of research is the process of synergetically conditioned formation groups, taking into account the emergence of the elements forming the group combination. The subject of the study is the intellectual models and methods used to form a synergically determined group using the four-layer Markov model.
