Essay

The object of the investigation – injured with a mine-explosive trauma of limbs as a result of modern combat operations; the purpose is to increase the effectiveness of providing medical care to the injured with a mine-and-bomb trauma due to modern military actions by improving and introducing an effective standardized system for assessing the severity of the damage and the condition of the injured and establishing an adequate and effective system of clinical and organizational and medical-technological measures at the stages of medical evacuation; methods – clinical, instrumental (X-ray), medical nonparametric statistics, clinic-expert; novelty and results – for the first time complexly studied the clinical and epidemiological and clinical and nosological characteristics of the injured with the mine-explosive trauma of the limbs as a result of modern military actions; a new modern standardized system for assessing the severity of the damage and the condition of the injured at the stages of medical evacuation was developed and implemented, and on the basis of it – a system of clinical and organizational and diagnostic and medical measures, the application of which helps to optimize the processes of providing medical care to those injured with a mine-and-explosive trauma as a result of modern fighting, reducing the level of disability and increasing the survival rate of victims of this category; implemented in the medical process at the Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Center of Emergency Medical and Disaster Medicine Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Military Medical Clinical Center of the Central Region of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Khmelnytsky Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Zhytomyr Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Military Mobility Hospital No. 59 m. Severodonetsk of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Bila Tserkva Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine; the application area is a medical and diagnostic process of specialized orthopedic and traumatological and surgical hospitals, centers of emergency medical care, polyclinics of health care, scientific and pedagogical processes of departments of traumatology and orthopedics, surgery, emergency medical aid of medical educational institutions.
