Reports some theoretical and experimental results related to the acid-basic and redox processes occurring on the interphase "semiconductor/solution of Men+" and some regularities of formation of copper and silver films on surface of CdTe, CdSb, In2Hg3Te6. Some parameters and regularities of formation of silver and copper contact spots on surface of crystalline CdSb, CdTe і Hg3In2Te6 were found and the structure and chemical composition of the spot areas were determined.
