Horda S. Methods of resource game-theoretical analysis of regional development processes

It is proposed a resource approach to determine the level of regional and national development, which is based on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of resources, their aggregate estimation. A methodology for analyzing the level of regional and national development and finding of strategies for balanced development is developed. The system of indicators of the status of regional resources is proposed/ It allows to provide comparative analysis, to determine and use weighting factors for types and categories of resources. For the first time, there were proposed the indices of the regional and national development level as well as the cooperative game-theoretical resource model of balanced development. The decision of this model providing the total strategy of balanced development based on the Shapley value is defined. A test analysis of regional resources state in Ukraine was fulfilled as well.
