Savchuk D. Community economic and social development management through synergy

The object is the process of economic and social development of communities at the regional level in Ukraine.The Purpose-development of theoretical positions and the provision of practical recommendations for building a mechanism for managing the economic and social development of communities, taking into account synergy effects. Methods are general scientific and special methods: induction and deduction; analysis and synthesis; system analysis, empirical, comparative; expert; prognostic modeling. The results are a theoretical synthesis and offering of the newest scientific tasks, which consist in the study of theoretical, methodological and practical tasks regarding the formation of a mechanism for managing the economic and social development of the community on the principles of synergy. The novelty is to develop theoretical and methodological tasks and practical recommendations for the formation of a mechanism for managing the economic and social development of the community on the principles of synergy and administrative-territorial reform. Introduced in the activity of the Gusyatinsky District State Administration, the Skala-Podilsky Settlement Council of the Borshchivsky District of the Ternopil Oblast, and Vasylkivska Village Council, Ternopil National Economic University.
