The dissertation presents the results of the research of the study of components’ structure and interaction of the artificial system «poultry – arthropoda – surroundings». It was established the taxonomic structure of the dominant entomofauna and acarofauna in broiler production in the Kiev region. It was highlighted the trophic connections, ecological features and factors, which affects the density of Dermanyssus gallinae De Geer, 1778 in an artificial system «poultry – arthropoda – surroundings». Carried out chemical and microbiological analysis of litter broiler production at the initial and final stages of poultry keeping. It was proved, that the number of Ulomoides dermestoides Chevrolat, 1878 depends on the length of the period of keeping the poultry and affects their reproductive function. Mixed fodder, the expiration of which has not expired is a powerful anthropogenic factor, that has a detrimental effect on the dynamics of the number of darkling beetles and after the expiration of its expiration date along with a litter serve as a habitat and food for Ulomoides dermestoides Chevrolat, 1878. It was offered one of the ways of the directed influence on the system «poultry – arthropoda – surroundings» – acaricidal and bactericidal action of natural origin (on the example of emulsions of essential oils).
