Bondarevska O. Influence of budgetary decentralization on economic security of the region

The aim is to deepen the theoretical foundations, improve methodical approaches and develop practical recommendations for raising the level of economic security of Ukraine's regions under conditions of budget decentralization. The object is to support the economic security of the region in conditions of budget decentralization in Ukraine. To achieve these objectives the following methods were used: theoretical generalization, scientific abstraction and system analysis; economic-mathematical modeling; integral evaluation. Novelty and main results of the research consists of essence was revealed and features of the manifestation of budget decentralization in providing of social and economic development of the region; were defined the systemic characteristics of economic security at the state and regional levels; was developed approaches for identifying the impact of fiscal decentralization on economic security of the region; the scientific and methodical approach was proposed to estimate the economic security of the region, taking the impact of the budget decentralization; the influence of budgetary decentralization on the level of financial component and integral index of economic security of regions is determined; directions of deepening budgetary decentralization in the context of strengthening the economic security of the region were justified.
