The dissertation is devoted of the efficiency improvement of the joint operation of the local generation electrotechnical complex (ETC) equipped with renewable sources, by developing models, algorithms and computer-oriented hardware and software complex for estimation of electricity quality parameters and forecasting of produced renewable energy sources. The power and the amount of electricity generated by the PVS depends on the duration of the sunny day, the ambient temperature, the angle of inclination of the photocells, solar insolation, the parameters of the electrical grid, respectively, the daily schedule of the PVS generation does not respond to the schedule of electricity consumption in the electrical grid. The approach, which involves the use of the "research system of control" of the ETC energy parameters for obtaining the actual values of these parameters at the point of connection of the electricity generation source. After obtaining experimentally measured data and their digital processing by specially developed programs in the LabView environment, they can be used by applying improved mathematical models of the joint operation of the PVS in the electrical grid. The application of the method for forecasting the power and the amount of the electricity generated by the PVS in the conditions of the Carpathian region, based on the collection of statistical data on the duration of daylight and data on the electricity generation by the experimental PVS using the generation curve in the form of the harmonic function, has been proposed. The method allows to determine the power of the PVS generation at a certain time. The implementation of the proposed approach provides for the possibility of identifying and taking into account the seasonality of the PVS power generation process considering its actual operating conditions during a specific time interval. A new structure of the research system for controlling of the energy parameters of electrotechnical complexes (ETC) has been proposed and substantiated. This structure, unlike the known structures, allows to analyze the parameters of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and components of electric power at the point of connection of the PVS to the electrical grid. In this paper a new solution of the problem of taking into account a set of regime parameters and indicators of electromagnetic compatibility has been achieved. This solution helps to improve the joint operation of the PVS and the distribution grid and allows reducing the losses caused by low-quality electricity. The method of determining the voltage levels in the nodes of the distribution network with the PVS, based on a priori information on load parameters, has been further developed, which ensures the operation of the PVS in the electrical grid with allowable voltage deviations. Advantages of the proposed solution: the improvement of the electromagnetic compatibility of the PVS and the electrical grid (in accordance with the requirements of the standards), taking into account the dynamic change of the parameters of the ETC, has helped to ensure the efficient interoperability of the PVS in the electrical grid with the maximum allowable power quality indicators for the typical day of the season. The improvement of the simulation procedure, in particular the functions of planning the generation level of the PVS and control of its efficiency, has provided an effective tool for detecting the ineffective operation of the PVS in the local power grid for a specific period and its reasons to the owner of the electricity generation source.
