Thedissertationisfocusesonthestudyofmetabolicdisordersundertheconditionofischemicheartdiseaseandconcomitantsteatohepatosis Todiagnosethefunctionalstateoftheheart, determinationofthelevelofthe N-terminalfragmentoftheprecursorproteinofthebrainnatriureticpeptide (NTproBNP) inserumofpatientswasperformed.Inthegroupofpatientswithconcomitantsteatohepatosis, theserumNTproBNPlevelwassignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup (p<0.05), indicating a deeperviolationofthefunctionalstateofthemyocardium. A comparativediagnosisofcarbohydrate, lipidmetabolism, cytokinestatuswasconductedin patientswithischemicheartdeseaseincombinationwithsteatohepatosisandwithoutdamagetothehepatobiliarysystem. The study indicates a growing cardiovascular risk in a group of patients with myocardial ischemia and steatohepatosis Thus, withischemicheartdisease, therewerefoundtobepotentiallystrongcorrelationbetweenglucoseconcentration, pancreaticamylaseactivityandalphaamylasewithotherparameters, aswellasincasesofmyocardialischemiawithsteatohepatosis, therewas a significantcorrelationbetweenNTproBNP, cholesterolandcreatininewithotherparametersthatindicates a closecorrelationofthestudiedparameterswithischemicheartdiseaseinconjunctionwithsteatohepatosis.Datacanbe a criterionforthediagnosisofthestudiedpathology.
