Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the increase of the efficiency of the bilateral sanding of the parts ends of different diameters with crossed axes of circles and parts. Modular 3D modeling of circle profiles, the removal of abutments and shaping in the two-sided grinding of the parts having end faces of different diameters have been developed. The influence of the method of fixing the parts having end faces of different diameters on the geometric error of the shaping of the end surfaces has been analyzed. The influence of the orientation of the grinding wheels on the accuracy of the shaping of the face surfaces was investigated at the processing of pressurizers of the ICE. In calculating the cutting forces, power, processing efficiency, the wear of grinding wheels at the end face grinding, the coefficients have been added taking into account the temperature of the heating of the parts and the total flexibility of the technological system. The concept of grinding wheel profiling has been developed further in the case of two-sided end grinding of the parts with different diameters, which consists in the choice of lengths of the tools calibration sections, depending on the diameter of the end surfaces, which provides abrasive savings, the increased efficiency of the grinding wheels usage and the high accuracy of the machined end faces of the parts. New effective ways of the face polishing of DIN pushers with oriented profiled grinding circles have been developed.
