Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of L-arginin-L-gluthamate (Glutargin) and vortex pulsed magnetic field effect on the processes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system activity in the experimental erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastroduodenal zone and in patients with gastrointestinal tract acid-dependent diseases. It was established that the modeling of the gastroduodenal zone erosive-ulcerous lesions was accompanied by the intensification of free radical reactions not only in the stomach tissue, but also in the blood, liver tissues, and brain. The mentioned changes in antioxidant protection system under the action of L-arginin-L-gluthamate contributed to inhibition of lipoperoxidation processes in all studied tissues. Applications of a vortex pulsed magnetic field to experimental animals resulted in inhibition of lipoperoxidation processes in the blood of experimental rats when activating free radical reactions in the liver, brain and stomach tissues against the background of partial decontamination of the glutathione system enzymes and reduced glutathione amount growth. The combined effect of L-arginin-L-gluthamate and vortex pulsed magnetic field allowed to replenish the reduced glutathione pool in blood, liver and brain tissues to the corresponding parameters of the control group. In the blood of patients with acid-dependent diseases at effects of the vortical pulsed magnetic field in vitro, inhibition of free radical processes with activation of antiradical, anti-peroxide protection enzymes was observed.
