A thesis is devoted to improvement of the methods of preparation and optimization of technological processes at the creation of various heterostructures based on layered indium selenide crystals, as well as the insertion of ionic salts into the interlayer space of the crystals. The correlation between the morphology, chemical composition and photoelectric properties of vertical ionotronic nanostructures formed on the basis of InSe layered semiconductor and RbNO3 ionic salt is investigated.
