Essay

The dissertation presents theoretical generalization and empirical research of psychological features of the process of professional training of modern managers in the measurements of a gender sensitive educational environment. The work has systematized and generalized the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the professional training of modern managers in higher education institutions; as an important point of the professional genesis of modern managers, the factor of self-determination of a leader's personality as a carrier of gender standards of managerial culture is indicated. This methodological setting is relevant to the essential nature of the psychological practice of managerial activity in the dimensions of the humanization of modern society. The theoretical methodological analysis of the principles of organization of managerial activity determined the recognition of positive prospects for the introduction of a gender approach in the sphere of training future managers. It was stated that the assimilation of sex-role models of professional behavior (in particular - the formation of normative images of femininity and masculinity in management systems) occurs in the context of subjectogenesis in accordance with gender-role standards adopted in a certain culture. Verification of the content characteristics of the professionogram of future managers of different sexes revealed the fuzziness of the gender identity field of the respondents. The investigated signs of the professional qualities of future managers of different sex are not statistically significant, the differences are only quantitative, which indicates a decrease in segregation between men and women in the modern cultural space. According to the results of the empirical analysis of gender differences of managers, the conclusion is drawn that Ukrainian society needs a deep mental transformation that causes changes in traditional ideas about the role of men and women in society, the development of partnership between men and women and the establishment of gender democracy. A comprehensive program for the development of the manager's professional qualities through social and psychological training has been developed and tested. It has been confirmed that with the purposeful psychological accompaniment of the development of the managerial professional qualities in the measurements of the gender sensitive educational environment, the individual experience of the individual (the deepening of the "metacognition", the expansion of the field of subjective strategies of behavior, the formalization of the mechanisms for achieving maximum success), leads to the optimization of implicitly expressed gender oriented competencies of young people as key life competencies in the Euroin plan egratsionnyh and globalization processes of today.
