Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the laws of oxidative processes in skeletal muscles in different functional activity of the epiphysis and modes of motor activity in animals. Decrease (animal content in conditions of round-the-clock lighting) and increase (animal content in conditions of light deprivation and exogenous melatonin administration) of the functional activity of the epiphysis, as well as a combination of these modes of lighting with excess and lack of motor activity lead to an imbalance of prooxidant-antioxidant state, stimulation of lipid peroxide oxidation.
