3.The thesis is devoted to the biomorphological features of the cultivar Vydubetska plakucha, 11 of its hybrids and 15 decorative small-fruited apple trees in the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine and the prospects for their use in landscape gardening. Analyzed the species and varietal composition of the decorative forms of apple domestic and foreign selection. Phenophases, rhythms of growth and development of decorative forms of apple have been studied. The duration of the growing season of the studied objects was determined. Established features of the formation of the reproductive sphere (flowering, pollination, fruiting). The quantitative content of anthocyanins and catechins in the fruits of the apple cultivar Vydubetska plakucha and hybrids with its participation and crabapples was studied, and showed that they are of interest for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
