The dissertation is devoted to the study of the problem of strategy and tactic of the Third International(Comintern) in 1935-1943. In the work, on the basis of the analysis of sources and the historiographic base, the processes associated with the emergence, functioning and changes of the Comintern's discursive models were comprehensively investigated, which was under the significant influence and control of the Central Committee of the VKP(b) and personally J. Stalin. The author are tracked the activity of the governments of the Popular Front in France and Spain within the framework of the discursive model of 19351939, the influence of the decisions of the Seventh Congress of the Comintern on their activities, outlined the general and distinctive in their activities, and the results for the national communist parties. Are characterized the consequences of repressions in the apparatus of the Comintern, a number of bureaus of foreign communist parties in the framework of the policies and practices of the Great Terror of 1936-1938. The dissolution of the Communist Party of Poland(CPP) is viewed through the prism of expanding the precession of simulacrum (creating and spreading the image of a fictional enemy that precedes the real enemy), as a part of the process of spreading purges and terror in the Comintern and throughout the USSR; the elimination of the opposition to the regime of J. Stalin in the Soviet party and state apparatus, in the apparatus of the Comintern, foreign communist parties; rallying the country's population through mass intimidation and creating an atmosphere of general suspicion. Are defined the characteristic features of the Comintern’s activities during the first stage of the Second World War, the reasons for the change in the discursive model, the features of the new model, the consequences for the activities of the sections of the Third International(communist parties) in 1939-1941. Is considered the evolution in relations between the USSR and Germany, their influence on the activities of the European Communist Parties. Analyzed changes in the strategy and tactics of the Comintern in 19411943, features of the functioning of the apparatus of the Comintern, the Press and Propaganda Department in the conditions of the German-Soviet war. The activities of foreign communist parties, the influence of the Comintern, as well as the tactics of the Communist International in relation to the communist parties of the countries - allies of the USSR(USA, Britain, France), the Axis countries(Germany, Italy, Finland and others), the countries, where existed the massive communist guerrilla movement(Yugoslavia, Poland, etc.). Have been characterized the reasons for the dissolution of the Third International, the role of J. Stalin in this process. Have been summed up the results of the activities of the Third International.
