Complex morphological study of tissue morphogenesis of the liver under conditions of maternal infection and chronic intrauterine hypoxia (CIH) was conducted to understand the pathogenesis of the influence of the above factors on the condition of the hepatobiliary system using the study of clinical autopsy material and experimental study. Based on a comprehensive pathomorphological study, it was determined that the presence of maternal-fetal infection and CIH causes the development of fetal dyscirculatory, alternative and adaptive-compensatory changes with inhibition of liver tissue morphogenesis.
