Marienko S. Differential cytological diagnostics of adenocarcinoma, mesothelioma and reactive serositis

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of cytological differential diagnostics of adenocarcinoma metastases, mesothelioma and reactive serositis using modern morphological methods of research. The complex of cytomorphological, immunocytochemical signs of adenocarcinoma cells, mesothelioma and reactive serositis has been developed. A minimum set of monoclonal antibodies is established, which will allow immunocytochemical diagnostics of primary and secondary damage to the serous membranes. The possibility of differential cytological diagnostics of malignant and reactive changes in mesothelium by means of quantitative determination of morphofunctional types of nuclei, which reflects the transcription activity of rDNA, the level of metabolic processes in the cell
