Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical synthesis of the basics of crisis management, the substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the crisis management of the activity of the construction complex of the region. The work systematizes definitions reflecting the economic essence of the crisis and crisis management, which should be understood as a system of measures of a pre-crisis nature aimed at diagnosing the threat of bankruptcy; reactive character ¬ search of ways of the exit of subjects of management from a crisis state; after-crisis character, containing an assessment of the post-crisis state of economic entities and the development and implementation of actions to eliminate the negative consequences of the financial crisis by economic actors. An analysis of the current state of the construction complex of the country's regions in the conditions of the crisis, which was carried out in three areas: financial stability, business activity and profitability. The study of the level of adaptability of the construction complex in the Kharkiv region has proved that even in the successful, according to the results of financial activity, representatives of the regional construction complex traced signs of a crisis in the dynamics of changes in the selected coefficients. The methodical and scientific-organizational support of the crisis management of the activity of the construction complex of the region is developed, which enables to develop and implement in the shortest possible time a program of transformations aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the regional construction complex.
