The thesis is devoted to the determining the influence of technological modes for the pulsed electrodeposition of nanostructured one-dimensional zinc oxide (1-D ZnO) arrays, for the deposition from aqueous solutions silver nanoparticles (NPAg) and thin nanostructured films of semiconductor materials, on their crystal structure, surface morphology, optical and electrical properties, and also on output parameters of the experimental samples of optoelectronic and thermoelectric devices developed on them.
