Essay

The regularities of the influence of the technological parameters of the production of films and zinc selenide powders by the method of condensation from the liquid phase of the alkaline solution on their phase composition, surface morphology, optical and electrophysical properties are established. It is proved that the films and powders obtained by our method were the ZnSe phase. It has been experimentally proved that at deposition of ZnSe by condensation method from liquid phase the single-phase film was formed at concentration of selenium and zinc in the range of 0.01-0.1 M with an alkaline content of 3-5 M. The width of the band gap of the formed films was 2,6-2,8 eV, and specific electrical resistance - 109 Ω∙m. In order to obtain continuous films in one cycle, it is suggested to use an addition of sodium sulfite Na2SO3 in the amount of 0.5 M. The semiconductor layered heterosystem ZnS/ZnSe, which made on the base of ZnSe films, with a p-n transition on the interphase boundary was investigated. The basic parameters of the p-n transition are calculated.
