The work is devoted to increasing the wear resistance of parts of aviation technology, which operate in the absence of lubricant, as well as in the mode of friction. A composite wear-resistant coating, the properties of which are based on the rational use of non-deficient alloying elements, which, dissolving in the material of the base Сr, are created and tested, form stable friction phases, and on activated surfaces form protective secondary structures, different in type, structure and properties. Si, B. used as alloying elements, contributing to solid solubility strengthening of the matrix phase and the implementation of strengthening mechanisms due to the formation of refractory phases. The optimum technological parameters of detonation gas spraying of composite powders of the Cr-Si-B system have been selected. The parameters of friction and wear of composite coatings under conditions of changes in load-speed and temperature test modes are investigated. The influence of tribochemical processes in the conditions of boundary lubrication on the phenomenon of structural adaptability in the friction of composite coatings is studied. Areas of practical application of investigated coatings from composite powders for working conditions are established: in the air environment in the absence and presence of lubricants.
