The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of management of regional tourist cluster systems. The main feature of tourist services is their individual purpose, aimed at meeting the specific needs, desires of the consumer. Therefore, the analysis of the pricing process allows to objectively choose the approaches to the formation of prices for tourist services, and, therefore, to form effective price strategies for tourist enterprises. It is proved that tourism is an effective means of economic and social development and is able to provide significant benefits to the region. These main benefits include a general upsurge in the economic development of the region, raising its prestige, increasing employment and household incomes, solid foreign exchange earnings, revenue from fiscal sources, additional commercial agencies, infrastructure and service facilities created to stimulate tourism development.
