Slavuta O. Organizational-economic aspects of improving the functioning of the water supply and drainage sector in the regions of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of organizational and economic provision and the development of practical recommendations for improving the functioning of the water supply and drainage sector in the regions of Ukraine.The essence and content of the concept "the sphere of water supply and drainage" are determined. The methodical provision of tariff stimulation of reduction of water losses at the enterprises of the water supply and sewage system is developed.The definition of the economic feasibility of expanding the water supply and drainage network has been improved. The number of network users is calculated, which allows to make informed decisions about expansion of networks. The content of the concept of water supply and sewage economy is defined. The monopoly product of the water supply and sewage sector is singled out. The methodical approach to the analysis of the components of the income of enterprises of SICs in the regions of Ukraine has been developed, and it has made it possible to determine the influence of a number of factors.The methodological approach to improving the quality of water resources was developed. The project of sequestering of phosphorus from sewage sludge is proposed.
