Essay

Object: patients with infectious complications of polytrauma as a result of traffic accidents. Aim: to improve the results of treatment of victims of infectious complications of polytrauma as a result of road accidents by creating, developing and implementing a scientifically grounded system of medical care, pathogenetically valid therapeutic and diagnostic actions aimed at eliminating and reducing the influence of causative factors on the occurrence of infectious complications in this category of patients. Methods: clinical, clinical and expert; laboratory; immunological, medical nonparametric statistics. For the first time, the influence of clinical and epidemiological and clinical and nosological characteristics of the traumatic process in patients with infectious complications of polytrauma as a result of road traffic accidents was established and verified. For the first time, features of the response of inflammation markers in patients suffering from infectious complications of polytrauma as a result of road accidents have been studied. For the first time the features of the response of immunological markers in patients with infectious complications of polytrauma as a result of road accidents were studied. For the first time, scientifically substantiated protocol protocols have been developed for rendering assistance to victims of infectious complications of polytrauma as a result of traffic accidents at the early stage of medical care provision. The established unified system of treatment of infectious complications allows optimizing the process of providing medical care to the victims of infectious complications of polytrauma as a result of road traffic accidents. The use of laboratory and immunological markers of inflammation has made it possible at an early stage to detect and treat infectious complications in patients suffering from polytrauma as a result of road traffic accidents. The research results are implemented in practical work in SI "Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Center Emergency Medical Service and Medical Disaster Ministry of Health of Ukraine", Department of polytrauma of the Kiev City Clinical Emergency Hospital, Vinnitsa Regional Clinical Hospital Named After N.I.Pirogov, Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital, Communal Nonprofit Company "Vinnitsa City Clinical Hospital of Ambulance".
